I have always been a helper, and I love to help people. I have been in this role in many other areas of my life. In this position as the Office Coordinator at Raza Family Law Solutions, I will assist potential clients with all forms of communication prior to becoming a client. This entails, first contact with a potential new client. I contact potential clients to go over our processes and ask if it is ok to send the potential client our intake forms. Then the next steps are to schedule an initial consultation and send an engagement letter after a potential client decides they want to retain our services. From there, I also open client files. Clients will also see me again as I send out bills twice a month, and schedule client meetings. I also assist in posting all the blogs to our website and our social media account.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. In the fall I am very busy with after school activities with my children. When I have some free time, I love to travel, camp, and go to concerts.
